In collaboration with University of Toronto, Master of Public Health Nutrition and Dietetic students, we will be hosting a virtual prediabetes workshop. This workshop is designed to empower and equip you with the necessary knowledge & skill sets to manage your health. You will learn how to manage your blood sugar levels through diet and exercise. Additionally, you will experience a live food demonstration on how to prepare an easy and affordable recipe.
Suitable for individuals with: elevated blood sugar levels, prediabetes, diabetes, family history of diabetes, or those interested in learning more about blood sugar management.
